液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)結構基(ji)本上(shang)可以分為缸(gang)(gang)筒和(he)(he)缸(gang)(gang)蓋、活塞和(he)(he)活塞桿、密(mi)封裝置(zhi)、緩(huan)沖裝置(zhi)和(he)(he)排氣(qi)裝置(zhi)五個部分。今天(tian)威海(hai)力建小編著重帶(dai)著大家了(le)解一下缸(gang)(gang)筒和(he)(he)缸(gang)(gang)蓋。
缸筒和缸蓋
一般來說,缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)缸(gang)(gang)蓋的(de)(de)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)其使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)材料有關。工(gong)作壓力p<10MPa時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵;p<20MPa時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan);p>20MPa時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)鑄(zhu)(zhu)鋼(gang)(gang)或鍛(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)。法蘭連接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構(gou)(gou)(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),容(rong)(rong)易(yi)加工(gong),也容(rong)(rong)易(yi)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai)(chai),但外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)和(he)(he)重(zhong)量都較(jiao)大,常(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于鑄(zhu)(zhu)鐵制(zhi)的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)。半環(huan)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),它的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)壁部(bu)因開了環(huan)形(xing)槽而削弱了強度,為(wei)此有時(shi)要(yao)加厚缸(gang)(gang)壁,它容(rong)(rong)易(yi)加工(gong)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai)(chai),重(zhong)量較(jiao)輕(qing),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)或鍛(duan)鋼(gang)(gang)制(zhi)的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)。螺紋連接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),它的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)端部(bu)結構(gou)(gou)(gou)復雜,外徑(jing)加工(gong)時(shi)要(yao)求保證內外徑(jing)同心(xin),裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai)(chai)要(yao)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)工(gong)具(ju),它的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)和(he)(he)重(zhong)量都較(jiao)小(xiao),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)或鑄(zhu)(zhu)鋼(gang)(gang)制(zhi)的(de)(de)缸(gang)(gang)筒(tong)(tong)上(shang)。拉桿連接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)通用(yong)(yong)(yong)性(xing)大,容(rong)(rong)易(yi)加工(gong)和(he)(he)裝(zhuang)拆(chai)(chai)(chai),但外形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)較(jiao)大,且(qie)較(jiao)重(zhong)。焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)式(shi)(shi),結構(gou)(gou)(gou)簡(jian)單(dan),尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)小(xiao),但缸(gang)(gang)底(di)處(chu)內徑(jing)不(bu)易(yi)加工(gong),且(qie)可能引(yin)起變形(xing)。
密封不良
密封(feng)不良會引起外泄漏(lou)和內泄漏(lou)。產生密封(feng)不良的(de)原(yuan)因有(you):
1、裝配不當,密封件發(fa)生破損;
2、裝配精度差,間(jian)隙太大,密封件被(bei)擠出而損壞(huai);
3、密封件急劇磨損,失去密封作用;
4、密(mi)封(feng)(feng)圈方(fang)向裝反(密(mi)封(feng)(feng)圈唇邊(bian)面向壓力油一方(fang)),密(mi)封(feng)(feng)功能(neng)失效;
5、密(mi)(mi)封結(jie)構不合理,壓力超過額定(ding)值,失去密(mi)(mi)封功效(xiao)。
連接處結合(he)不良
連接處結合(he)(he)不(bu)良(liang)(liang)主要引起外泄(xie)漏,產生結合(he)(he)不(bu)良(liang)(liang)的原因有:
1、缸筒與(yu)端(duan)(duan)蓋用螺栓(shuan)連接時(shi),螺栓(shuan)緊固不(bu)良,結(jie)合部分的毛(mao)刺、裝配毛(mao)邊引起(qi)結(jie)合不(bu)良;端(duan)(duan)面O形密封圈有配合間隙(xi);
2、缸筒與端蓋用螺紋連接時,緊固(gu)端蓋時未(wei)達到額定(ding)扭矩或密(mi)封(feng)圈密(mi)封(feng)性能不好(hao);
3、液(ye)壓缸進油管(guan)(guan)口(kou)(kou)因管(guan)(guan)件振(zhen)動(dong)而引(yin)起管(guan)(guan)口(kou)(kou)松動(dong)。
